after reviewing the Functional Specifications with the client, we get your sign-off

and proceed to the Development phase.

During all phases of the SDLC, we will be greatly engaged to ensure that proper communication

by means of weekly status report and regular meetings are conducted to alleviate issues or

bridge gaps in expectations, thereby providing a successful project execution at a reasonable

cost to you. Any change in scope mid-stream will be treated as "scope creep" with a

change request (Change Management).
